NEED TO RETURN YOUR ITEM?

Sorry to Hear that, but no problem! You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. All that we ask is that items are in their original condition with tags intact.

Please allow up to 3 working days for the Team to process your return and refund. Please Note Your bank may take 3-5 working days to show the refund in your account.

Please inform us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order.

If you have lost your invoice, please enclose a note with your return including your order number and name.

Please try your item first before taking off the tags and be careful when trying it on. We cannot refund items that are marked with makeup or tans or if the tags as been taken off. All postage costs are non-refundable to international destinations we recommend sending your parcel back using a recorded service, so you can track it's journey back to lusty Chic team. PLEASE NOTE - We recommend you obtain and keep a copy of your proof of postage when returning items to us. we offer Exchange or a refund.
